Lane-Scott Electric Recognized for High Member Satisfaction 

Lane-Scott Electric Cooperative, Inc. was recently recognized by Touchstone Energy® as a member cooperative that received one of the top five American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI®) scores for energy utility services among all cooperatives participating in measurement for Touchstone Energy in the second quarter of 2026. In Q2 (2026), Lane-Scott Electric received an ACSI score of “89” on a 100-point scale.^* Lane-Scott Electric’s score is higher when compared to publicly measured cooperative utility scores reported in the syndicated 2026 ACSI Energy Utility Study and places Lane-Scott Electric 17 points higher than the average electric investor-owned utility score of 72, 15 points higher than the average municipal utility score of 74, as well as 12 points higher than the average cooperative utility score of 77.
