Scholarships & Donations

We at Lane-Scott Electric believe in giving back to the community. We support County Extension Services through monetary donations that are used to educate the members of our communities. Lane-Scott Electric also supports 4-H and FFA programs through the annual purchase of livestock. Employees are also encouraged to raise funds and participate in events like Relay for Life. Lane-Scott Electric has made donations to the following community organizations in the area: Lane County Historical Society, Lane County Fair, Ness County Historical Society and Ness County Amusement Company.

Lane-Scott Electric Cooperative believes in educating the leaders of tomorrow. For this reason, Lane-Scott Electric has established a scholarship program and has scholarships available for those wanting to pursue a career in the electric utility field. Those whose parents are members of Lane-Scott Electric are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
