New accounts may be opened during office hours (Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm) by visiting our office at 410 S. High St., Dighton or calling 620-397-5327 or 800-407-2217. In order to establish electric service, a new member must come to the office and speak with the Billing Department to complete an application for membership and provide valid identification. A credit history check will be performed and a deposit for electric service may be required.
If you or your representative are not able to come to the office, account forms can be emailed or faxed. If these forms are not completed and presented in our office, a copy of your driver’s license must be included with the signed paperwork. These security measures are to assist and protect our members from identity theft.
